Your Path to Greater Independence Starts Here

ElevateAbility is a life skills development program made for adults of all abilities—empowering individuals to build confidence, independence, and real-world skills.

Two Programs, One Purpose

At ElevateAbility, we offer two powerful programs that support adults with disabilities in building skills, confidence, and community. Whether you're working 1-on-1 with a tutor or connecting through our inclusive groups, both paths reinforce each other—and help you grow in real life.

  • Weekly, 1-on-1 in-home sessions focused on practical skills like cooking, time management, hygiene, and self-advocacy. Tutors help clients build routines, independence, and confidence—at their pace, in their own space.

  • Inclusive, peer-driven gatherings where members practice real-world social skills, build friendships, and enjoy the kind of natural connection many people take for granted. Groups meet weekly and offer a mix of hangouts, outings, and optional workshops.

  • These programs stand on their own, but they’re even more powerful together. Tutors help build skills during one-on-one sessions, while clubs offer a chance to practice those skills in real-world social settings.

“ElevateAbility fills a critical gap by combining real-world skill building with a person-centered approach. I’d recommend it to any family looking to help their loved one grow more confident, capable, and independent.”
