How a Session Works
2.5 hours. In your real life. Once or twice a week.
Each in-person session is 2.5 hours long — enough time to actually do the thing, not just talk about it. We meet at home, head to the grocery store, ride the bus, cook the meal, navigate the appointment. Then we come back, debrief, and plan what comes next.
That's the difference between in-person training and anything that happens on a screen. A learner can watch a hundred videos about taking the bus — but the skill only becomes real when they're actually standing at the stop, reading the schedule, paying the fare, and getting off at the right place. We're there for all of it: teaching, prompting, stepping back, and slowly handing the skill over until they can do it on their own.
Tutoring, not caregiving. We don't do it for them. We teach them how — until they don't need us for it anymore.
