ElevateAbility provides one-on-one life skills instruction for children, teens, and adults. Every learner receives a personalized program designed around their goals, interests, strengths, and support needs.

Whether you're building cooking skills, preparing for employment, improving organization, or learning to navigate the community with greater confidence, our instructors provide individualized support every step of the way.

How a Session Works

Flexible Scheduling

Programs are available Monday through Friday.

Paying & Funding

Who Pays?

Many families are surprised to learn that life skills instruction may be funded through third parties.

California Self-Determination Program (SDP)

ElevateAbility welcomes learners of all abilities. For California learners who participate in the Self-Determination Program, services may be funded through SDP budgets.

ElevateAbility currently works with families utilizing:

  • Community Living Supports (Code 320)

  • Community Integration Supports (Code 331)

Speak with your Independent Facilitator to learn whether ElevateAbility may be included in your Spending Plan.

New York OPWDD Self-Direction

ElevateAbility welcomes learners of all abilities. For eligible New York participants, services may be funded through OPWDD Self-Direction budgets.

Our team can work with families and support brokers to explore available funding options.

School District Funding

For school-aged learners, services may sometimes be funded through a school district as part of an educational program or settlement agreement.

If you're interested in school-funded services, our team can help you determine whether this may be an option.

Private Pay

Many families choose to pay directly for services and appreciate the flexibility, individualized attention, and practical real-world focus that ElevateAbility provides.
